My books open once per month, for appointments to take place the following calendar month.
For example, I will open my books mid-April for all appointments taking place in May.
I will keep my inbox open to requests for 24 hours - at which point I will begin sifting through inquiries until my diary is full - then my books will be closed again until the next month - or ‘booking round’.
This means you can take your time with your inquiry - I do not book on a first-come, first-served basis. I will accept projects that most closely match my style and interests for the particular booking round. Any inquiries made within the 24 hour period will be considered equally.
How to inquire
I only accept inquiries made via email - and only while my books are open. Occasionally, if someone is traveling from a great distance for my work, I will be able to accommodate earlier booking to ensure they get a space while they are here.
I primarily tattoo flash (pre-drawn) designs. I only accept 1-2 custom projects per booking round. Because of the limited space on my books for custom designs, I am incredibly selective about which custom pieces I accept.
In all inquiries, I ask for the following information:
A general size estimate (in cm or inches)
Desired placement of the piece - general areas such as ‘lower leg’ or ‘upper arm’ are fine
Any dates during the month that will not work for you (i.e. work schedule, holidays, etc.)
If you have a specific budget, please include this in your email.
Booking Flash
Flash, or pre-drawn designs, are available to claim during my booking period. Each design will be tattooed only once before it is retired - if something you like has been reserved, I’m happy to make a similar piece for you.
To book flash, please include the above requested information as well as a photo or screenshot of the particular design you would like to book.
For flash appointments, I require a £50 deposit to be paid in advance in order to confirm your session.
This deposit will need to be paid within 24 hours of us agreeing on a time and date for your appointment, or I will need to offer the space to the next person in the queue.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require at least 4 days’ notice. If you cancel or reschedule within this timeframe, a second deposit will need to be paid in order to rebook.
Booking Customs
I take a very limited number of custom designs per month. Often, I love all of the ideas that come my way, and it’s very hard to choose which ones will be selected for the month. On average, it takes 4 consecutive inquiries to gain a space on my custom books. This is simply due to limited space, so please be sure you’re willing to wait a little while if you would like a custom tattoo with me.
To book a custom design, please include the above requested information as well as a description of your idea, as many reference photos as you can, and any of my existing designs that you like the style of. This is because I often do a few different styles, and want to make sure I hit your brief without miscommunication.
For custom appointments, I require a £75 deposit to be paid in advance in order to confirm your session.
